Infrastructure NZ, together with the Christchurch WIN network and Engineering NZ is delighted to invite you to our first event of the New Year. Please join with us to hear four sensational women speak on how they are contributing to increasing diversity in the workplace, and within leadership opportunities.

Michelle Sharp, CEO Kilmarnock Group, opening speaker for the evening, will share her vision and journey in transforming attitudes towards disability and diversity into a viable financial model, now supporting one of Christchurch’s leading social enterprises.

After being inspired by Michelle, find out how you too can step up to a leadership role. Following two successful WIN events hosted in Auckland and Wellington last year, WIN is delighted to bring you three experts, Ngaire Best (Treasury), Felicity Caird (Institute of Directors) and Linda Noble (Women in Governance, Governance NZ), who will share how you can accelerate your journey into the world of directorships. A question and answer session will follow and the evening will conclude with networking and refreshments generously provided by CityCare, WIN Foundation Partner.
