Auckland's Deputy Mayor Bill Cashmore
Auckland's Deputy Mayor, Bill Cashmore, will share his thinking transport solutions for Auckland and next steps for the Auckland Transport Alignment Project as they tackle ways to bridge the transport funding gap and a potential transition to road pricing.
Chairman Patrick Brockie will review progress for 2016 and CEO Stephen Selwood will be looking for your input on priorities for 2017.
We have adopted Infrastructure New Zealand as our trading name but members will be asked to formally confirm the change of the society's name to Infrastructure New Zealand Incorporated.
Come along and vote
Under the Constitution, four current members of the Board are required to stand down each year. Paul Blair, BNZ, Duncan Olde, Macquarie, Mike Sang, Ngai Tahu Holdings and Andrew Stevens, RCR, are standing down by rotation but all are eligible for re-election.
Full corporate members are eligible to nominate a representative to stand for election to the Board and to vote at the AGM, in person, or by proxy.
There is one vote per membership organisation. If you can't represent your organisation in person, you can nominate someone else to vote on your organisation's behalf.
Associate members are entitled to attend the AGM, but are not entitled to stand for election or vote.
