Holistic Health Coach, Liz Sloan, from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
This early morning event will kick off at
7AM with an optional light yoga and breathing session, followed by a healthy
breakfast and presentation from Liz, who will guide you through tips on time
management and provide tools to allow you to thrive in stressful times.

you would like to come for the breakfast and presentation only, we ask that you arrive at 7:30AM.
