Moderated by WIN Founder Sarah Lang, this webinar will provide you with an update on the State of the Infrastructure Sector and lessons on how to enhance your ‘Conversational Intelligence’.

Paul Blair, CEO Infrastructure NZ, will provide an update on the State of the Infrastructure sector in response to COVID-19, and discuss how the government is supporting the industry.  

Following the infrastructure sector update, certified leadership coach and business leader Yvonne McLean will share the latest insights about effective conversations for leaders and teams. In her presentation about ‘Conversational Intelligence’, Yvonne will;

• Briefly explore our multiple intelligences
• Outline Conversational Intelligence ® and its connection to Emotional Intelligence
• Explore the neuroscience of conversations
• Present key skills for conversationally intelligent communication
• And suggest how you can integrate this into your day to day work and life
