The WIN Wellington Chapter invites you to join us for a special Lunch & Learn webinar with four women from the infrastructure sector who have recently returned to the workforce following parental leave.
According to 2015 data, the average age for New Zealand Pākeha and Asian women who gave birth was early 30s, and for Māori and Pasifika women it was mid to late 20s.
The timing of parental leave coincides with a stage where we are often highly valued and making inroads in our chosen areas of expertise. How can we maintain momentum while acknowledging our additional priorities and calls on our time? How can we support women to return to their infrastructure roles?
Priya Grewal (HRL Morrison), Elizabeth Mardell (Deloitte) and Tania Williams (Engineering NZ) will share tips and candid insights about returning to the workplace following parental leave in this virtual panel discussion facilitated by Emma Baines (KPMG).
